A legal disclaimer

Disclosure: Roots of Change Foundation application for 501 (c) (3) status is currently pending. We anticipate approval in 2026. Once approved it will be retroactive to October 2025 allowing any contributions made in support of the gala and the foundation’s stated goals to qualify as tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law.
